Start your day off right with a stack of these delicious pancakes. And as a plus, they’re easy enough for Dad to make with the kids!

What You Need

1/2cup whole wheat flour
1/2cup old-fashioned or quick-cooking oats
2tsp. CALUMET Baking Powder
1Tbsp. sugar
1/2tsp. ground cinnamon
Dash ground nutmeg
1cup fat-free milk
1egg
1Tbsp. oil
1 banana, sliced

Make It


WHISK all ingredients except bananas in medium bowl until well blended. Stir in bananas.
LADLE batter onto hot griddle or into hot skillet sprayed with cooking spray, using 1/4 cup batter for each pancake; cook until bubbles form on tops, then turn to brown other sides.

How to Ripen Bananas
To speed-ripen bananas, place bananas in brown paper bag. Close bag tightly and let stand at room temperature until bananas are ripe.
Special Extra
Serve with lite maple-flavored or pancake syrup.
