Lazy Easy Pizza Dinner

Looking for a quick easy good dinner.  This is what I did last night!  I got home around 6:45pm and still wanted my make dinner for my husband (who wasn't getting home till 7:30 usually but last night didn't get home till after 8pm from work) and I.  I had a loaf of French Bread, jar of Pizza sauce, cheese and package of pepperoni!
Now, there won't be any measurements here, so when making this, think...how many people am I making this for and am I going to be serving anything with this?  With those two thoughts in mind, continue reading!

I didn't use the whole french loaf, because that would be TOO much for just two people.  So I cut what I thought would be the right amount for us and then sliced in half like I was making a sandwich.  I love a lot of sauce, so I put a good helping of it on.  I like the cheese onto of my meat, so I laid down a thin layer of pepperoni before topping with cheese.  I used a mozzarella & provolone cheese mixture, but use what you prefer OR have on hand.  Then to give it a bit more flare, I sprinkled Cayenne pepper, black pepper and Oregano on top!  I then baked in the oven on 350 degrees for about 15-20 minutes.  Oh they were delicious!

I also served a pretty good salad!  I don't ever buy ice berg lettuce, because there is little nutrients in that.  If I'm going to eat a salad, I want to maximize the nutrients I'm taking in, especially with being pregnant.  So I usually buy spinach, but this time I bought A Super Greens mix, that had spinach, kale and arugula!  I added some whole grain croutons, a little bit of cheese, light amount of salad dressing and a few other tasty items!  I recommend serving a super green salad mix of your choosing with the French Bread Pizzas.  Then why not, serve with a nice glass of wine!  I know I would have last night if it wasn't for being pregnant.  Enjoy!
